We got started as a group of owners & investors in 2003. We set up
systems and standards that benefit the owners and the residents, not
just the management company. We specialized in rehabing,
repositioning & renting residential property. We also managed some
small commercial units.
In 2007 we expanded our services to include a full service real estate
management brokerage.
While we are just in the process of opening a new brokerage in
2010, our management team has a long history of providing BOTH
quality homes to residents and good returns to investors. Currently
our main office is at 3001 W Tuscarawas St, Canton, OH. We
manage single & multi-family residential dwellings as well as
commercial storefronts, mobile home communities and even farmland.
We manage properties all over Stark county Ohio, Eastern Mahoning
county & Summit county.
We manage for a variety of clients. Some own one single family
home while others own a hundred units. Some of our clients are local
while others are from GA, FL. TX, OR, CA and even as far as
Germany.
